Our Global Operations and Shipping Origin: To provide full transparency, please note: Although our company, APCO CONNECT LIMITED, is registered in Hong Kong, we serve customers globally with our support team operating during PST hours. Our products are currently shipped from Hong Kong. This international shipping origin is considered in our delivery timeframes and processes detailed below.

Delivery Phases
Processing Time: This stage includes order verification, assembly, and other preparations before shipment. The duration may vary based on your location and our efficiency.
Shipping Time: Begins once processing is complete and varies depending on the shipping method and your destination.
Please note our order cutoff time is (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time.
Delivery times may extend during peak seasons and promotional events.
We partner with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, and the total estimated delivery time combines both processing and shipping periods.

Tracking Your Package
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Track your package directly on our website. Some carriers may take 5-7 business days to update tracking information. If there are no updates after 10 business days, please contact [email protected].
Shipping Delays
If your order hasn’t been delivered within 45 calendar days, please contact us at [email protected] for a full refund. For any unexpected delays, we are here to help and aim to respond within 12 hours.
Undelivered Packages
If tracking indicates your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, thoroughly check the delivery area first. If unresolved, contact the shipping carrier. Should issues persist, email [email protected].
Incorrect Addresses
We cannot guarantee delivery if the address is incorrect or incomplete. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate when checking out and inform us immediately at [email protected] if you find an error.
Duties & Taxes
When you order from Apcowa for international delivery (i.e., orders shipped to destinations outside of Hong Kong, where our products are currently dispatched from), your order may be subject to import duties, taxes (such as Value Added Tax – VAT, or sales tax), and/or other supplementary fees. These charges are typically imposed by the customs authorities of the destination country and/or by shipping carriers once the shipment reaches your country.
Please be aware of the following:
- Customer Responsibility: As the “importer of record,” you are solely responsible for the payment of any such duties, taxes, and fees. These charges are separate from the payment you made for your Apcowa order and are generally billed directly to you by the relevant customs office or the shipping carrier.
- Not Controlled or Collected by Apcowa: Apcowa has no control over these charges, cannot predict their exact amount, and does not collect these charges as part of your order total.
- Local Customs Regulations: Customs policies vary significantly from one country to another. If you have concerns about potential charges, we strongly recommend that you contact your local customs office or the shipping carrier for specific information prior to placing your order.
- Consequences of Non-Payment or Rejection: Apcowa is not liable for customs fees or other import charges if a package is rejected by the recipient, if the recipient refuses to pay any applicable duties and taxes, or if delivery fails due to non-compliance with customs procedures. In such instances, any return shipping costs or additional fees incurred by Apcowa as a result may be deducted from your refund, should a refund be applicable under our Refund and Returns Policy.
